Where are Vinapa’s products made?
Our products are manufactured in main locations around Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland) and the USA.
Where your product is made depends on where the product is being shipped to. This is to ensure maximum speed and minimum emissions in getting our products to the majority of our customers.
All of the machines and production facilities we work with are committed to sustainable methods and reducing waste as much as possible. We are continuously expanding our network of partners to produce our products locally in all target markets.

We see to it that all of our products are cherished, no matter what the age. Our products are categorized into different age groups for kids including baby, toddler, preschooler, and older kids. How can we add the message along with the product?
If you’re planning to gift Vinapa products to your loved ones, you can add a personalized message along with the product. This can be any message such as a wish, a nice saying, a love message within a 100-word limit in English. If you would like to use other language, please send us your message and we will make your wish come true.

How many versions of Vinapa’s personalized Book stories are there?
There are 2 versions of each book: for boys and girls, with colors and characters we personalize for gender. Before placing an order, you need to choose the boy or girl version and write the kid’s name along with a message for your baby. Vinapa team will personalize the storybook for your little angel.

What is product personalization on Vinapa.com?
Product personalization on Vinapa.com allows customers to personalize certain products with their own text or images. If a product is available for personalization, after purchasing the product, Vinapa will send a personalization link to the customer’s email. The customer can click on the link and use the product edit tool to personalize the product as desired. This is typically done with text personalization, such as adding a child’s name to a wall poster, mug or phone case. Once the customization is complete, Vinapa will ship the product to the customer.
How do I personalize a product on Vinapa.com?
To personalize a product on Vinapa.com, simply purchase a product that is available for personalization. After your purchase is complete, Vinapa will send a personalization link to your email. Click on the link to open the product edit tool, where you can add your own text or images to the product. Once you are happy with your customization, submit your changes and Vinapa will take care of the rest, shipping your personalized product to you.
What kind of personalization is available on Vinapa.com?
On Vinapa.com, most personalization is done with text, such as adding a child’s name to a wall poster, mug or phone case. However, some products may also allow for image personalization. If a product is available for personalization, the options will be displayed on the product page.
Will my personalized product look exactly as I designed it
Vinapa.com will make every effort to ensure that your personalized product looks as close to your design as possible. However, please keep in mind that due to the nature of the printing process, there may be slight variations in the final product. If you have any concerns about your personalized product, please contact Vinapa customer service for assistance.
What happens if I forget to personalize my product on Vinapa.com?
If you forget to personalize your product within 24 hours of receiving the personalization link, your order will be automatically fulfilled with the default settings (graphics). It is important to personalize your product as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the product that you want. We remind you to check your email, including your spam folder, for the personalization link. If you did not receive the personalization link, please contact us via email hello@vinapa.com.
My order hasn’t arrived. What now?
We’re very sorry to hear that.
Please bear in mind that, depending where you are in the world, your order may take up to 14 days to arrive. If this time has elapsed, please get in touch with us and we’ll set things in motion to make it right.
Rest assured that we’ll never leave you orderless, whatever the reason for your order not making it to your door.

How do I edit my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll see an order confirmation screen. This displays all the details of your order and allows you to make changes before we send it to our printer for processing.
You have 10 hours to make any necessary changes, so please check the details as soon as you place your order. If you are sure that everything is fine, you can email us and request immediate processing of the order. After 10 hours, any changes to your order will not take effect. Of course, if you have trouble making any changes, you can of course always contact us and we will help you.

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
Because our products are individually made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If there is an error in the product or your product arrives in less than perfect condition, contact us and we will fix it after receiving all the information provided by you including the actual photograph of the product that you receive.

I didn’t receive a confirmation. Where is my order?
Sadly, both Hotmail and Gmail appear to class our wonderful mails as junk/promotions, which is why you probably haven’t received the confirmation email.
If you could add us to your trusted contacts in your mail account then they’ll know to trust us when we next arrive.
If you have a Gmail or Hotmail account and still can’t find any confirmation, drop us a line and we will be able to send you one through.

Can I use more than one voucher code per order?
Do you have more than one voucher code? Lucky you!
Unfortunately, our system only allows for one voucher code per order, so we recommend you choose the one with the biggest discount and use that one. If they both have the same discount value, the choice is yours.

Can I purchase multiple products in one order?
Yes, of course!
When you’ve finished configuring your first product of choice, follow the instructions until you get to your shopping cart. In your cart you will see the product you’ve just created. Beneath this is a button saying ‘+ Add another product’, if you click on that, it will take you back to the products page where you can then create another product. You can repeat this step as many times as you like. Both products will be shipped in the same parcel to the shipping address of your choice.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
In very rare instances, the products sadly can get damaged in transit. This is extremely rare, but, if this happens to you, please get in touch with us, and we’ll sort a replacement for you as quickly as we can.

Change after order
Once you’ve placed an order, your order will be editable for 10 hours, and you’ll be able to make any adjustment you need. During this time you can make changes to your order by clicking ‘edit’ on the confirmation page. After this 10 hour period, your product will be made.
Officially, once the 10 hour ‘grace period’ is over, your order will already be on its way to being our production facility, so no more changes are possible.
However, if it’s an emergency, please contact us and we’ll do all we can to sort things so that your order arrives exactly as you were hoping.

How long does it take to get my product?
Normally it takes from 4-6 days. It also depends on where we’re sending the product. Once the products have been made, it’s all down to shipping and location. If you are lucky enough to live in one of th countries in Europe, we use overnight shipping carriers, so the product should be with you within 1-2 business days of receiving our dispatch emails. In the US, we offer standard and priority options. If you are not lucky enough to live in one of those countries, you can see how long it takes based on Standard and Express delivery methods. The times given below are for total time from you ordering the product to you holding it in your hands. Our standard delivery times (including printing time):- Germany, Switzerland and United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
- Austria and the rest of Europe: 7 to 14 business days
- USA: 7 to 10 business days
- Australia: 5 to 9 business days
- Rest of the World: 8 to 15 business days
How much does shipping cost?
We aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for you. Shipping costs are clearly labeled when ordering the product. The shipping price shown is for an order of one product. If you add more than one product per order, the shipping for subsequent products is at a reduced rate. The total shipping cost for your order is shown on the cart summary page.
